Great for you!!! It may take a little longer to cook than rolled oats, but it is worth it. They are rich in fiber, natural, and wonderful. I cook mine in milk, then I add flax seed in the last 15 minutes of cooking, and raisins in the last 5 minutes. When I take it off the stove, I sweeten it with honey or agave syrup. Wonderful!!
