Paleo diet supplement After reading several articles on supplements while on a paleo diet, I read that PQQ along with L-carnitine will help the mitochondria work properly. I am on the fence about this product. Some internet reading made me hope that this would give me that little kick to the next level with my crossfit exercises, especially since I am over 40. Since it has only been about 21 days since I have started taking this product. I am going to try and shoot for 90 days and see if I can tell a difference by then. October 1, 2012
The research is promising! This is a supplement that has long term benefits. I am not sure I see anything over all better from taking it but I feel that taking it long term will make me feel better and do wonders as an antioxident!
