Jarrow Formulas Ubiquinol QH-absorb delivers 100 mg ubiquinol (Kaneka QH) in each softgel. The reduced form of CoQ10, ubiquinol has a high absorption and enhanced stability. Produced naturally within the body, ubiquinol is CoQ10 that has been converted into the form that is active within our cells. The the natural CoQ10 levels in the body decrease with age. No wheat, gluten, dairy, egg, fish, shellfish, peanuts or tree nuts.

Other Ingredients: Medium chain triglycerides, phosphatidylcholine (from soy lecithin), beeswax, rosmarinic acid, vitamin E and ascorbyl palmitate. Softgel consists of gelatin, glycerin and water. Carob extract and caramel added as a light barrier.

Suggested Use: Take 1 to 3 softgels per day with a meal, or as directed by your qualified healthcare

consultant.
