Great For my Hair
I am African American with natural hair and I love how it makes my hair feel out of a fresh shower. My hair feels so soft and it is very moisturized and manageable when I use it. It keeps my hair smooth and keeps the flyaway’s at bay.

great product. i havent used it for cooking but i do use it as a skin and hair care product. i have tried eating a tsp every day or adding it to my coffee but since i am not a coconut tasting lover, its a little hard for me. i have also given it to my dog on a regular basis as it is good for them as well. if you google uses for coconut oil, youll find that there are many many uses. its wonderful! ive recruited friends to try this product as well. love it! :)

Just Average Quality
Before ordering, I read other people's reviews of this coconut oil and it was highly recommended on this website.
I am a "foodie" and did a taste comparison between this and the Swanson brand of Extra Virgin Coconut Oil. The Jarrow had a better flavor --HOWEVER--neither one is as good as the Spectrum brand of Extra Virgin unrefined coconut oil that comes in glass jars.
Spectrum brand was much better tasting, no more expensive, and packaged in glass jars instead of plastic.

effective for my purposes
I use 5 Tbls. each morning to lightly scramble my husband's eggs. I think (subjective) it is helping his memory. I will continue to use toward this goal. He wouldn't swallow the large coconut oil pills, so this works for me.

Love, Love, love
Anytime I cook with oil in a skillet I use coconut oil. Love the smell of the oil cooking with onions. At first we weren't too sure if we liked the different taste-a hint of coconut. Now I look forward to using it. Next time we pop popcorn I want to try the coconut oil on it instead of butter. Give it a taste, you will love this oil!

Very Surpised
I have read articles about how good coconut oil is for you, doesn't turn to fat in the body and that Jarrow brand was one of the best. Decided to try some and was surprised that is tastes so good, that it even can be used as a mositurizer on skin and hair. I received a benefit I never realized also-it keeps you "regular". At least it does now for me. It goes into my hot cereal every morning and have even used it to saute vegetables, burgers etc. I recommend this product to benefit your health.

Great Flavor
Delicious in sweet potatoes with maple syrup. Great spread on brown rice tortillas with cinnamon and apple butter. Used to fry or bake salmon.

Awesome & Cold Pressed Too
I switched to coconut oil for all my cooking needs a few years ago...yeah it's healthier but sure does put a dent in the wallet...until I found this website.
In the health food stores this exact same Jarrow coconut oil product and size costs almost 3 times as much as on this Swanson website. Now I can afford the coconut oil- YEAH!!!
Now as for this Jarrow brand, it is excellent. The taste is fantastic. I can't say enough good things about it...except, buy it and try it. You won't be disappointed.

Tasty, wonderful smell
I love Jarrow's coconut oil! I had purchased some Extra Virgin Coconut Oil from my local natural grocer and the taste/smell was horrible! Who knew that a change in brands would make such a difference. Jarrow Formula's oil has a wonderful coconut aroma and flavor. I use it on my skin and hair, cook with it, and take it orally (2 spoonfuls a day). I highly recommend this coconut oil.

Flavor comparisons
I love this brand of coconut oil. It was the first I bought and when I first opened it, the dog came running to the kitchen with his nose in the air. Like several people, I use it for cooking and externally. I have gotten 2 other brands and their flavor is not even close to the Jarrow flavor. I give the dog a little less than a teaspoon on his dry food in the morning. I tried one of the new brands and he backed off from it. Later, I tried mixing another new brand with Jarrow and put it on his food. His answer - NO WAY. So he agrees with me 100% Jarrow tastes the best. So we are ordering more.

Good tasting
This is a very nice mild tasting coconut oil. It has been very hot here, and when it arrived it was totally liquified. I refrigerated it overnight which caused it to solidify too much, but since then it has been kept at room temperature and remains at the proper consistency.

excellent product
This is a very tasty coconut oil . I especially like to add a tablespoon to my coffee before I brew it.
Tastes like French Vanilla! I also use it in baking-it adds so much more than healthy fats!

Great Product
tried this along with swansons own organic brand, and much preferred this one. jarrow has a stronger flavor, which you may or may not prefer. it all comes down to personal taste.
this stuff is super healthy, and highly recommended.

Swanson has a challenge to beat this one.....
I've been buying Jarrrow Coconut Oil from Swanson for quite a while now. Chose it originally because it was a few cents cheaper than the Swanson brand. I really do like it a lot. Now, Swanson has made their brand name a bit cheaper than Jarrow Coconut oil. I am going to order a container of Swanson just to compare but I bet I will go back to Jarrow since I was very satisfied with all the jars I've purchased in the past. Swanson, ya really gotta be good to beat this one!
Would like to see both brands in a glass jar though.....

Excellent product
I use this for my hair, skin, and on my food. I use this product in place of butter, i.e. hot cereal, toast, pancakes, frying and more. I believe this product has contributed to his low cholesterol levels.
