Great stuff! I am on about my third or fourth bottle of this brand of 5-HTP and find it very effective for mood support. I take it in the evening about dinner time, because it can actually be a bit of a stimulant at first, then it seems to allow me to sleep better and deeper. I also am rarely in a bad mood and feel it is helping me manage the mood swings that seemed to be ramping up as I enter menopause. July 23, 2010
