Very subtle effectiveness
I can take this without getting a "hangover". It doesn't knock you out but definitely helps me go to and stay asleep.

Reliable product
I get this for my elderly mother to help her sleep and for when she gets nervous. She takes 1-3 tablets. I also use it to help me calm down and get to sleep with no side effects.

Excellent and Effective Product
I highly recommend this product for anyone who suffers from having trouble falling asleep due to 'not being able to turn off the day' .. ! Take one or two of these little gems before your bedtime. Start to read a magazine or good book and you probably won't get to finish the second page!!!!

Great product for calming and relief

Great for relaxation and sleep
My teenaged daughter has used this to help her relax after stressful events, my 29 year old son always 'borrows' mine when he visits to help him sleep (so I am buying him his own). I use it on nights when I have difficulty sleeping due to stress or hormonal issues. The wonderful thing is that it doesn't produce a druggy feeling, but a natural, restful sleep that lasts all night long. It does not create a dependent need - I only use it when I want to. Wonderful stuff that our family has used for years - I'm so glad we discovered it!

I'm very happy with this homeopathic product
I needed a little extra help to adjust to a new work schedule which required getting up at 4am and I looked to Swanson for the answer. I chose a homeopathic product so there wouldn't be side effects and I would wake up alert and ready to go. Again, thank you Swanson, for the perfect answer!

Saved me!
I found Calms during a time in my life when I would wake up at night and not be able to get back to sleep. I started taking it before bed and almost immediately, when I woke up I could get back to sleep! It saved me, I love it. Swanson's price is wonderful, it is indeed $9.49 when I can find it at the store.

Helps relieve stress
As a repeat customer I have found this product helpful during times of severe stress and nervous tension. I continue to take it daily as I cope with the loss of my beloved husband and it helps to soothe my nerves when I awaken in the night and enables me to fall back asleep. The value at Swanson is much better than other retailers.

best product out there
My husband has had sleep problems for a long time,so I thought I'd give this a try. We are both really happy with the results. Peaceful sleep, no wierd dreams, and no hangover. I have also told many friends about this product; they like it too.

It helps me sleep.
Calms Forte has been helping me relax and get to sleep for many years. If I wake up in the night and can't get back to sleep, I simply take a tablet and I can get back to sleep. It's such a simple wonderful remedy without side effects, as it is homeopathic

Works for my husband and I
When restless and can't get to sleep we take these and they usually work on the first dose.... only once or twice have we needed to take more... then we sleep peacefully and are not groggy in the morning. =)

This -along with Hyland's 'Insomnia' product- helps my daughter sleep well.
This is also helpful for any anxiety-ridden moments: she takes one under the tongue, takes a deep breath, and within minutes, she feels grounded and able to better deal with the situation.
All this without any side-effects.

It did not work for me
Calms Forte' did not help at all with my troubled sleep. It may be affecting different people differently, considering how many good reviews it gets. On the good side, it gave me no side effect. I will not buy it again.
