Himalayan Institute Neti Salt is 99.99% pure non-iodized pharmaceutical grade sodium chloride. It contains no additives or anti-caking agents. Use to perform the nasal wash as directed in your Neti Pot instructions. Eco-friendly petroleum free jar and spoon.

Ingredients: Pharmaceutical grade sodium chloride (99.99%) USP.

Directions: Use to perform the nasal wash as directed in your Neti Pot™ instructions. Using the included neti spoon (hols ¼ of a teaspoon), place a level scoop of Neti Salt into your Neti Pot and add warm water.

Keep tightly closed to protect from moisture. Additive free caking may occur.

Stick together I don't know if it's alway like this but this salt was all stick together, it took me a while trying to shake it and take a spoon and separate it, it was hardly stick together. Probably took humidity. May 16, 2013
