Where do I find the supplement facts box on your product pages?
You can find the supplement facts, nutrition facts and other product details normally found on the back of the label by clicking our Product Label tab.
What happens if I try to print the product page using my browser?
The tabs and sections will appear as they do on the screen. Simply select the tab with the desired information, and use your browser to print.
Are user names and passwords case sensitive now?
To accommodate our growing database of registered users, your log in information is now case sensitive. Please note: If you registered before July 31, 2008, enter your user name using lower case letters. If you registered after July 31, 2008, enter your user name exactly as you registered it. Passwords are case sensitive regardless of registration date.
What is the CSV number? Why do I have to enter it on your site?
The CSV (Card Security Value) code is an additional security measure developed by the credit card industry. The number is printed only on the card and is not on statements or other documents. We require it to process your order in order to be in compliance with our bank card merchant agreement. This information will not be saved in our records. Please note: Checking the "save my credit card information" box willnotsave the CSV number; you must enter it each time you place an order.
