How to use our Product Pages

Where do I find the supplement facts box on your product pages?

You can find the supplement facts, nutrition facts and other product details normally found on the back of the label by clicking our Product Label tab.

Where do I find out some basic information about each product?

Click the Description tab to read a brief paragraph that describes this product’s key features and

How can I view customer ratings and reviews for this product?

The Reviews tab brings up any customer ratings and reviews for this product.

Why do some pages have a Video tab and others do not?

Some items feature an informational video produced by Swanson or one of our industry partners.  If we have a video for a specific item, the Video tab will appear on the product page.

Quick Buy - Place an Order

1. Simplify your life and order online! In just a few steps, (even fewer for our registered customers) you can place your order, efficiently and accurately. After browsing our site, simply click the add-to-order button to place an item in your Shopping Bag Cart.
   
   
2. If you're shopping using our most recent catalog, you can speed up the checkout process using our Quick Buy feature. Simply click Catalog Quick Buy in the Quick Links, near the top of our left navigation bar. From there, all you have to do is fill in the form with the item numbers of products you want and add them to your cart.
   
3. The Virtual Shopping Cart at the top of each page keeps track of your items and calculates the subtotal while you shop. Click View Cart to edit your items. To change the quantity of an item, enter the number and click the Update button. To remove an item, simply click the Delete button.
   
4. When you’re ready to check out, simply click on the Checkout button. Note: If you have a valid promotional code, coupons, or gift certificates, please enter the information in the appropriate boxes at this stage. The promotional code you enter will display at this stage.
   
5. Please register, log in or continue as a guest. Remember, our registered customers enjoy the extras we offer. Why Register?
   
6. Enter your billing and shipping information.  This step is expedited for our registered customers.
   
7. The Order Recap will display the billing and shipping information plus the items you have selected. Choose your Shipping Method at this stage. To update quantities or remove an item, edit the item and click the Update button.
   
8. Click on the Continue Checkout button to proceed to the Payment page. Enter your credit card information and click Purchase.
   
9. Your Thank You page will appear at the end of the process.
   

Product Availability

We indicate availability of each item on the product page near the add-to-order button. An item is in stock, backordered or unavailable from the manufacturer. This information is also available in your shopping bag underneath the price.

To be notified when your item becomes available again from the manufacturer, click the email-me-when-available link. Please note: Product availability is subject to change based on sales, inventory replenishment and other factors. We do our best to keep this information as accurate as possible.

Enter a Promo Code

How many Promo Codes can I use at one time?

You may use only one Promo Code per order. If you have more than one valid Promo Code, please select the best deal for you at this time. Please note: This will override any online promotions, prices, discounts, and any other web advertisements previously entered in your shopping cart.

Where do I enter my Promo Code?

You may enter your Promo Code in the shopping cart or on the Have a Promo Code? page. The Promo Code and any accompanying discounts, free gifts, etc., will appear in your shopping cart as well.

Where do I find the Promo Code on your email offers/specials

Many of our email offers feature a Promo Code prominently on the email. It's located in the upper right-hand corner and at the bottom of the email page in the disclaimer. Please note: Some of our email offers do not require Promo Codes.

When you click through an email offer with a Promo Code, you will most likely see a message stating: Thank you. Your Promo Code has been accepted. You will also notice a Promo Code during checkout, letting you know that the promotional code has been applied to your order.

Where do I find the Promo Code on my catalog?

Look for the WEB PROMO CODE box on the back of your catalog. By entering this series of characters, you’ll be able to take advantage of the special offers featured in your particular catalog. Please note: Sometimes this box will be blank. If so, there is no need to enter anything, and you may continue shopping.
