Ginger Syrup:

Combine all Ginger Syrup ingredients into a small pot on the stove top and bring to a near-boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5–10 minutes until all sugar has dissolved. Strain to get clear syrup.

 

Tea:

Steep the teabag in the hot water according to the package instructions. Pour in the milk and the ginger syrup. Stir to combine. Serve immediately.

Makes 2 servings. Serving size 1.0 cup.
