A Supplement with Shea Butter in it I have been using Shea Butter on my legs everyday for years. I believe it makes my legs feel good. It really works!! This really helped me alot! I can't take popular brands due to allergies, so I tried this and within 2 bottles my problems are gone! It helps my joints and my mobility. Good for your joints... I take this, Swanson Premium Glucosamine, Chondroitin & MSM (also sold on Swanson's) and UC-II (also sold on Swanson's). I walk 30 minutes every day and then immediately jog for 30 minutes everyday. I also live on the 14th floor and go up and down the stairs on average 2X a day. I also do 3 sets of calisthenics at 10 minutes each time and these 3 products form Swanson's keeps my joints in tip top condition. They are all good quality and you can not beat the price at Swanson's. If you also want to do extra for your joints, take fish oil and borage oil to. All from Swanson's. March 7, 2010
