So Useful
I was happy to see Swanson carried this product. I used to buy the 35% and then had to dilute it to 3% myself. I put this in spray bottles and use it as my cleaner for the kitchen and bathrooms. I add when washing clothes to kill germs. I add some to the water in my humidifiers to kill germs and freshen the air. I also use for for mouthwash as other reviewers have mentioned.

Food Grade way to go
I love the fact that this product is already 3% and doesn't have to be diluted (the 35% that I've seen out there scares me). There's a great read called the One Minute Miracle that talks about FGHP. Me, I put 3-6 drops (baby dropper) into a 12oz glass of water every morning & I gargle 1/2 water 1/2 FGHP as a mouth rinse.

a teaspoon or cap full in 5 ounces of water daily, does marvels. i feel rejuvinated and have energy.

convenient
every household should have a bottle of food grade peroxide.
i mainly use this for oral care in my homemade toothpaste and mouthwash, but where it really shines is used around the kitchen.
all those pots and mugs filled with coffee and tea stains are no match after an overnight soak of this peroxide.
3% makes it easy so i dont have to take a 35% bottle, and properly dilute it down to the correct ratio.

I requested Swanson to carry this product, along with many others, I am sure. It has worked for me in every application that I have tried it.
I would like to give examples of applications that I have used it for and been absolutely 100% satisfied, but I think you would have to reject my review.
