hcl not surre if its helping or not, i open the capsules and sprinklein drinks or on food - taking capsule gave me heartburn which Im trying to prevent! May 13, 2013
Excellent for digestion I don't go a meal without using Betaine HCl. I've tried a number of brands and this one has the right combination of pepsin and HCl for me and the price is very good. I used to take up to 7 capsules a meal because my digestion was so poor, but it's been steadily improving and now I take 1-2 per meal depending on the quantity of protein I'm consuming. May 1, 2013
