Doesn"t do what I need it to do. I can't discuss why I can't use this because it pertains to medical reasons. I tryed it but found I wasn't right for me to use.Swanson's has a satisfaction or money back guarantee so I was happy for that.7up used to have Lithium in their beverage years ago.
