Favorite Brand of Magnesium Country life Magnesium from Swanson is my favorite as I get a great discount over my usual health food store price! It helps me sleep much better at night. I take two tablets an hour before bedtime and I sleep through the night again! I have recommended it to my friends as well. It also helps with constipation and gives a sense of calm after taking the tablets. One of my favorite supplements. March 24, 2013
