Carlson Vitamin A Excellent brand, and miniature weensy tiny softgels are the bomb to be able to so easily swallow! Also, metabolically speaking, this particular form of Vitamin A (retinyl palmitate) is THE proper form of Vitamin A for fast oxidizers and parasympathetic dominants (Protein Metabolic Types) to take, as the betacarotene form of Vitamin A would push these body types too far into the wrong body pH and cause an imbalance in health.
