overall good product
I have purchased Bragg's Organic Apple Cider Vinegar several times and each time I find it helps me in a new and different way. I originally bought it to aid my digestion and it works very well for that. This product tastes fine just mixed with some water. I recommend it to anyone wanting to improve their digestion and many other things.

Bragg Apple cider w/ Mother
I have the bottle right here at home. clearly the front label reads unpasteurized. That's exactly the way it's supposed to be when it contains the Mother.

LOVE this product!
I love Bragg products and this ACV is great. It tastes delicious, is versatile, and I feel better when I use this regularly. Great for cooking or just using as a healthy beverage with water and honey. I feel lost without having this on hand.

Inexpensive Facial Rinse
I wash my face with Soap and Water, have for years for thorough cleansing and then use real apple cider vinegar as a rinse to get soap residue off and for skin to get back to its proper pH.
More effective than expensive brand rinse and toners found at Dept. stores.
To do this pour abt 2/3 cup vinegar in a medium sized glass bowl, add abt 2 cups hot water. Cup hands and splash up onto your face, (neck optional) abt 30 times.
Keep your eyes closed while doing this, then pat dry. Your skin will be instantly soft and supple.
Now apply your favorite moisturizer and your all set for more beautiful skin. Works great for dry skin, but good on all types.
Real Apple Cider Vinegar comes from apples like Bragg's without any added chemicals as some do in grocery stores.

Bragg's organic apple cider vinegar
I have taken this product for years and I feel supported by it's organic 'Mother' nutrients. I also have to say how much I appreciate the care that Swanson takes in shipping -- I ordered two bottles and they were both double-bubble-wrapped. I was impressed!

A Solid ACV

Life Changing
My husband and I have been taking Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar and honey two and three times a day for a month now. My energy level is off the charts! At first I thought it was just my imagination when after a week I noticed a change, but, that change has lasted all month and I am soooo grateful! I turn 63 this month but feel like I've shed years, I feel like my old, crazy, ambitious self again! Not only do I feel better physically but mentally sharper as well! I've taken supplements most of my life but never have I experienced anything to equal the benefits of this and will not go without it again. I advise that you purchase your honey for this drink from Swansons' as you wont find better quality and price anywhere else. Swansons, you've done it again!

Best Tasting Vinegar

I'LL DRINK TO THIS
Actually, I am enjoying a glass of water with 2 spilling over Tablespoons of Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar as I write this. I have at least 2 of these Natural Delicious Apple Cider Vinegar Cocktails every day. There are good books writen about all of Apple Cider Vinegar's many virtues, both when consumed internally and used externally. Bragg's Raw Unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar with the "Mother" of Vinegar stands head and shoulders above all the other brands in both flavor and nutritional / health properties. Personally, I use Bragg's ACV in practically everything I make and cook. I live alone, and I go through about 3 quarts a month. So that tells you something about how highly I regard this Super Food. I highly recommend it to you. You will probably find it several dollars less per quart through Swanson than at your local market or Health Food Store. It's great to get such a great price on such a great product.
