Non GMO Soy
I like the product because so many soy sauces have Wheat and GMO soy this product taste just like soy sauce to me and it doesn't have the things I dont want in it

I love this and use it every day
I have been using this for 15 years on my salads and slaw along with vinegar & olive oil. It really adds a wonderful flavor. It is salty so don't use too much. A little goes a long way!

Liquid Aminos
Just wish we could buy a larger size! We use it instead of salt. Also, replaces 'soy sauce' and the like. A healthy option.

Excellent product and tastes great and all natural. I use it in place of soy sauce. It is full of amino acids and just wonderful tasting. You can't beat the price you get through Swanson's instead of the market. Face it, Swansons is a one stop shop and I love it.

Great alternative to soy sauce
Bragg Liquid Aminos has been used in my home for many years it is a great alternative to soy sauce and other sauces that are high in sodium and have no nutrients in them, this is loaded with good nutrients for your body plus it tastes delicious.

NON-GMO People!
This product is non-gmo it is stated on the label as well as in the description. I fear some people may be turned off to this product because of the negative reviews stating that it is gmo. It tastes wonderful in soups and stews as well as on sushi!
I have Celiacs and I cannot have gluten. My bottom line is that you can't listen to the news and reports about everything because if you do you won't be living. Non-gmo soy is not bad for you, but yes fermented is better.

I use this in most of my cooking!!! It's great in stew, gravy, rice, marinade in my meats, and on stir fry veggies!!! Always have extra on hand to give away to friends.

BEEF BROTH
I have used Bragg Liquid Aminos for decades, along with other top quality Bragg products. Of course, most people comment on using it in place of Soy Sauce, for which it is great. It certainly is good on rice and beans, in salad dressings and marinades, but I use it mostly to make a delicious mug of hot 'Beef Broth.' I stir 2 Tblsp into a mug filled with pure water, and then pop it in the microwave for 2 minutes. Presto-zippo! . . . I have a mug of what tastes like a good, rich Beef Broth. Nice hot soup for a cold day or night. The fact that it is all Amino Acids - - - contains 16 Aminos, no calories, practically no carbohydrates, no sugars, and no fats makes it very nourishing, very satisfying, and not the least bit fattening. In fact, it is great for a weight reduction regimen. I highly recommend that everyone add this very tasty, very healthy product to their pantry for a big variety of uses.

Soy sauce alternative
Wow! I really love this stuff. I've been looking for a gluten-free alternative to soy sauce; and this is it! I love it in stir-fry or to flavor rice. I can't speak highly enough of this one. Tastes closely to soy sauce, but without the gluten/wheat. Next time I order, I'm buying a bigger bottle! Also, a little goes a long way, so you won't use it up quickly, unless you drink it, which is a possibility with something that tastes so good. ;)

careful with gmo'd & unfermented soy
We used to depend upon Dr. Bragg's 'til I learned about GMO taking over the soy fields. In 2010 it was estimated that 90% of all soy (70% of corn) was GMO'd. Two years later & Monsanto has even a freer hand in our agriculture. A few years ago we switched to "San-J' 's organic, fermented soy (we use the gluten-free one) Definitely hope Swanson considers including San-J in their inventory. Thanks.

Bragg's aminos
Never heard of this product until I started a doctor supervised weight loss program. This stuff is great! So tasty and much better for you than regular soy sauce. It has a similar taste, yet less salty. I actually prefer it. Have been using it along with Mrs. Dash to marinate my chicken. My daughter asked what I was using because the chicken tasted so good. I am here to order more today....

Bragg's Liquid Aminos are the best alternative to soy sauce and its high sodium content. Soy sauce will never be in my kitchen again now that I have found Bragg's.

fermented vs unfermented soy
it was my understanding that unfermented soy products were not good due to the aliminum content.if taking any soy product it should be fermented like soy sauce or natto.would anyone like to comment on this.braggs states right on the label not fermented but it is gmo.does that make a difference.i used to use this all the time until i found out it was unfermented.thanks for any input

Delicious
Bragg's liquid aminos taste great and is so versatile. I use it in salad dressings, soups, and directly on popcorn and other dishes. Not overly salty like soy sauce, and better for you. A staple in my household.
