Muesli is a very versatile breakfast cereal. You can eat it in just minutes topped with your favorite milk or creamy beverage, cooked as a steamy bowl of soothing porridge, or soaked overnight in the Swiss Style.
Hot Cereal Instructions: Add ½ cup Bob's Red Mill® Gluten Free Muesli to ½ cup water or milk and bring to a boil. Simmer for 3 to 5 minutes. You can also microwave in a large bowl on high for 3 to 5 minutes stirring once during cooking. Makes 2 servings.
Cold Cereal Instructions: Soak ¼ cup Bob's Red Mill® Gluten Free Muesli to¼ to ½ cup yogurt, milk or fruit juice for 5 to 10 minutes (or overnight like the Swiss do) and enjoy. Makes 1 serving.
