I haven't been using this product for long (I did not even finish my first bottle) but I did order another bottle already. I like how I feel by using them. I read different ways on how to take them so I just take them on THURS-FRI-SAT-SUN and not take them the other days. so 4 on 3 off it works for me that way.

I was expecting better results after 4 weeks. Perhaps I need a higher dosage.

great supplement
i like to take 1 of these Long Jack 100:1 extract caps after breakfast and 2 of the Swanson Superior Herbs Tribulus Terrestris extract 45% caps after lunch. that way, i found i have the best energy because the Long Jack is a smoother and more gentle boost but the tribulus is more powerful and best in the afternoon. if i took the tribulus after breakfast and lunch, then it would be too stimulating and i would burn out later in the day. in other words, i like the Long Jack to get me through the morning.
