These enzymes do help digesting meals with fats...I do take 2 or 3 + regular enzymes per meal but it does help! November 28, 2011
Really helps! I have been watching what I eat for most of my life, now, but at 62 I had put on about 20 pounds that I just couldn't seem to take off. This has helped. Very slowly and naturally, I have lost 5 of those pounds. This is the first time I have been able to lose any weight in 5 years of trying. I do believe that this product has helped, as I haven't done anything else differently, than my normal calorie watching, fat watching, and exercise. August 17, 2011
