"Disappointed with this product! The way to tell if you have purchased 'pure' MSM is to dissolve it in a small cup of water. Anything that floats to the top is considered 'filler', so not a pure product. Upon obtaining this product from Swanson, I opened a couple of capsules and placed them in water. To my disappointment, 95% of this product is filler!

Don't waste your money on this Swanson brand - and pay a little extra for something like Jarrow's Formula. Make sure you look for an MSM that is 99.9% pure! I plan on returning the product this time, first time I've had to do this with a Swanson product.."

"I take this along with either Horsetail or Hair, Skin Nails (both from Swanson of course), for my hair and nails. Sulfur is needed for healthy hair and nails, and if I am off this for awhile, it shows. This is a must and even when it's not on sale, it's STILL at a lower price than anywhere else!"

"I've read lots of information on MSM...have personally found none of the claims false, and could actually add a few claims to the list. That being said...I also find Swanson's 1000 mg. msm to be the best I've used. It's always effective, into the system quickly and always noticeable results in a very short amount of time. I do not obtain the same results with store vitamins, no matter what the brand."
