"Plus, I like ordering 60 softgel bottles. So, you know it's fresh until the last pill is left.

Dr. Mercola recently said everybody 25 years of age or older should take ONLY ACTIVE COQ10 UBIQUINOL.

He said anybody 25+ has problems converting standard CoQ10 to Unbiquinol.

Plus, Ubiquinol is most cost effective than standard CoQ10. Since, taking 50mg of Ubiquinol is "at least" equal to 200mg of standard CoQ10, if not 400mg."

I do not notice any difference so I will probably return to the Swanson CO-Q10 gels I was using before.
