I have mixed feelings about Swanson's Triple Strength Melatonin. It works about 50% of the time for me. I've always been an inconsistent sleeper, especially when I drink too much caffeine during the day. On those days, I take one Triple Strength Melatonin with water about an hour before bed. Sometimes it works great, sometimes it kind of works and sometimes it doesn't work at all.
When it works great, I have no problem falling asleep and staying asleep - it's an awesome restful night of sleep.
When it kind of works, I still have a hard time falling asleep but I can sleep the whole night once I'm asleep OR I can fall asleep but I'm wide awake after about 4 hours of sleep and I have an awful time falling back asleep. I'm usually awake for 2-3 hours before I fall back asleep.
And when it doesn't work at all, it's like I never took one. I have a really hard time falling asleep and when I finally do, it's a very light sleep with a lot of tossing and turning.
The good thing is when I do wake up in the morning, I don't experience a sleep "hangover". I don't know if it's possible to get "duds" in a batch but the 50/50 odds are strange.

Good product
Good product! I usually fail to sleep because I drink too much coffee. After taking this product I can sleep faster.

possible minimal help to sleep
One capsule a half hour before going to bed didn't have much effect. Drank about 12 ounces of water with it. Ate nothing within two hours.
Upped to TWO capsules. No noticeable difference.

Great product!
This stuff works very well and keeps me asleep unlike other melatonin tablets from other stores such as Walmart, Kmart, etc.. It does have one side effect though, it makes me dream some pretty wierd dreams is all. I love it and some of the dreams are really cool!!

I can finally sleep!!
I have tried everything to get a good night sleep. Ever since I started taking the Triple Strength Melatonin I have not had a single problem falling or staying asleep. This is one that I will NEVER be without!

I have a hard time falling asleep. I was taking a dual melatonin that helps me go to sleep and then stay asleep. I was very happy with it except that I had to take 3 of them. I tried this one because I would only have to take one. It doesn't seem to help me as much, so I've gone back to what I know works best for me!

Restful Sleep
I find I fall asleep fast and sleep deeply. I do wake up to go to the bathroom, but am able to go back to sleep. I wake up rested.

More Sales On 10 mg Melatonin
Hello, Since I have been a customer of Swanson's,I have been very satisfied with the 10 mg Melatonin.
My only concern is the scarcity of sales on this product. The last sale that I'm aware of was around September 20 of this year. Could we have a sale on this product once a month? Thanks

Works Great
I love this product. I have used other melatonin capsules- in lesser doses, I admit, but this works great. It works so great, that I can split the capsule in half and get twice the benefit from one bottle. I am happy to say, this works. Thank you Swanson for such a great product.

Works for me!
I travel every week for my work. I sleep in hotels on different time zones every night so getting good rest can be tricky at times. I purchased the 10mg Melatonin to try out as the 3mg ones didn't work very well. I would take the 10mg Melatonin with a Chamomile pill and tea then take a hot shower. I like to read a little after getting into bed. I can usually read for about 10 minutes or so before I knew it was "lights out". I would wake up refreshed and rested. I won't leave home without my 10mg Melatonin!

Works very well..........
I've been using this product for years and Swanson has a good price for it. I really like this 10mg size. The only change I would like to see is a larger bottle size .
