"Have taken Phosphatidylserine for years. Swansons is the best I've used. Originally tried under the label "Memory and Mood" when I was under a lot of stress and felt like I was going senile. Within a week after taken 300 mg daily my short term and long term memory improved and it had a calming effect on my stress level. Have given it to friends to try and all saw increased memory functions. One side effect everyone seemed to notice was vivid realistic dreams after taking 300mg for about two weeks. Cutting the intake back to 100mg daily after the initial higher intake levels eliminated the vivid dreaming and still helped the memory."

"I read about this product and it sounded good for me as my memory is not so good. I found Swanson using a search engine and liked what they had compared to other companies. I ordered one bottle to try it out. I noticed some effect while taking it. However, I decided not to order more. All of a sudden I found my memory getting really bad again after my first bottle ran out. That tells me that the product really does work, so now I have ordered more."

"I discovered Phosphatidylserine when it was the main topic on an alternative health show on cable TV. It was presented as a brain food which helps improve memory. My memory has always has been poor so I did more research on the Internet and found it to be highly rated. There have been many successful clinical trials on Phosphatidylserine which convinced me to give it a try.

I am a Swanson customer and their prices were the best anyway, so I ordered one bottle to see if it did what it claims, Well after only two weeks I noticed an improvement in my memory. I started to remember things more easily and retaining the details. Even started to remember my dreams. I take a variety of supplements and rarely do I see such noticeable results, especially so quickly.

When I placed my next order for Phosphatidylserine, I included a couple of bottles for some of my family members. I am sold on this product and it will remain of list of supplements forever."

Title:Colors the Gray

"I bought this originally having read a study on 300 mg per day for 3 mos leading to significant improvement of recall. I've been using it for about 3 years. A small minority of participants in the study also had their gray hair revert to natural color. I am among one of those lucky few. My hair was salt and pepper. It is now almost all deep brunette again with some strands of gray. It is cheaper than salon hair coloring.

Regarding memory, I too take a number of supplements and cannot factor out the effect of any one.

I would like to be able to get one 300mg capsule rather than having to take 3 a day. That is my only criticism, and a very small one."

"One morning several years ago I watched a ladies talk show and this product was introduced and recommended as a natural way to help with the complications of menopause. After the show I got on your website to read a little more about the product and your recommendations. I have taken it for about three years. A local company carries it at twice the price. I have run out and used theirs since it is so handy, but not often because it is so expensive. This product is something I don't like to be without. I have tried several times to say that now I am feeling much better and I wil not take it for a month to see for sure that I should continue. I notice that I am more content and brighter on this product. It seems a little like being low on Magnesium which keeps everything relaxed too. And I take magneseuim with this product too. But without it I am simply not as bright and positive. It is probably one of those things that has been polluted in the natural environment and we just need to supplement or maybe getting older. I am nautrally a bright person and I want to stay that way. Lately I have read quite a bit about this as a product to be desired for mental clarity. My mind is clear.

"I chew five of these softgels every day, total 500mg Phosphatidylserine. I take many other brain vitamins so I cannot tell for sure why, but I have never felt smarter. I can solve any problem with ease and I have insights that I have never had before. I am VERY HAPPY with my brain function.
I am looking for similar products from other companies because $19.99 for 90 softgels 100mg each is too expensive."

"About two years ago, I began to notice an ever increasing forgetfulness when entering a room or sitting at the computer. ("Why did I come here, what did I want to log on for".) It was distressing. I found Phosphatidylserine and began taking one gel a day. Since then I have not had one incident.
