Don't get the fakes -- good cardio support. I know lots of folks are taking Niacin for cholesterol support, and I see lots of products on the shelves advertising "no-flush" but they are a form of niacin that has NOT BEEN SHOWN to have any effect on cholesterol. Some people are scared off and find the flushing effects uncomfortable. I've got a relative using this who is sensitive to the flush but the time release Niamax really did the trick no flush problems -- while still being "legit niacin." Don't waste your money on inositol hexaniacinate if you are looking for cholesterol support, you're probably just FLUSHING your money away -- get the Niamax instead. Good stuff! March 4, 2010
