"This stuff is awesome! I've never taken sleeping pills or melatonin, but being a mom, and aging at that, I find that my quality of sleep had just declined over the year, even with upgrading to foam mattress and kids sleeping through the night. Since taking dual release melatonin, I fall asleep FAST, I can actually tell when it starts to kick in. When I wake up in the middle of the night, which is MUCH less frequent than usual, I'm so groggy that its easy to go right back to sleep. After 6-8 hour of sleep, I wake up ready to start my day and well rested. This is great stuff!"

Title: Get Great Sleep After a Hard Stressful Day

"I started taking one pill, 30 minutes before bedtime about a year ago, and I must say that this DUAL RELEASE melatonin is the best I've used thus far! Regular melatonin you get in stores leave your system after 3 or 4 hours, so you wake up and have to take another one, but this one works for 7-8 hours straight for me.
I got my boyfriend into this product six months ago, and he takes about one and half pill 30 minutes before bedtime (he's about 190 Lbs), and it works like a charm for him as well.
I gave a few bottles to friends of mine, and I noticed that those who don't have healthy lifestyles (i.e. smokes, drinks, doesn't exercise, etc.) seem to need at least 2 pills for this to work."
