"For years I have looked for something that would help me relax and feel calm, without also causing me to feel groggy. I am one of those people who is highly succeptible to anything that could potentially cause drowsiness. I have tried just about everything you can think of, but only L-Theonine seems to give me a relaxed, calm state of mind, without even a hint of drowsiness. "This product MAY be working, but it's difficult to tell for sure.

I have been taking two per day - once in the morning before breakfast and one before dinner. It's very subtle. I haven't tried taking two at a time. Perhaps if I did I'd notice something more profound. I'm only 120 pounds, so it should be enough. At least it won't knock you out or make you groggy."

"As a frequent tea drinker I don't wig out about much. Call me biased, but I am convinced this supplement has helped my husband contain his temper. Since taking this, he has been much better at staying calm and cool durring aggravating moments. If I had known I could have slipped this into his cereal long ago! I recently noted that Lipton has added (on their box) that their tea has 10 mg (?) of theanine plus antioxidants. I recommend this supplemnt not only because no one (not even me)drinks 10 cups of tea a day, nor do they do it religiously. Plus- it's and effective product for stress. Why not? and who doesn't have stress in their life? As always DYODD."
