"It took me awhile to figure out that this one doesn't play well with the other stuff I was taking. I was less than impressed to say the least. I got through most of the first bottle before I tried it all by it's self. Wow! All I can say is that a little exercise in self control will reap hours of reward. Not bad for a guy pushing 60!"

"OK... Avena Sativa is added to a lot of herbal blends found on this website and elsewhere, but I never really thought that it did much. I mean, Avena Sativa is more closely related to a breakfast cereal than an herb like yohimbe, tribulus, etc. So, I tried it once and let me tell you: Swanson's AS extract is more concentrated than any other, and it definitely improves sensitivity without any side effects. None! It is a useful herb for its intended use."
