"I used this for two purposes. I've read that it increases the testosterone you produce and also works to increase athletic performance. I've been taking it once a day, and have not really noticed an increase, but here's the flip side. Take this at face value. I've increased my staying power, i've also noticed a slight increase in blood flow when performing. I hear that this product affects people very differently. What i can say is that i feel a real increase in my athletic performance. I box and workout, and lately i've been tearing up punching bags, and i feel an energy spike when i should be feeling tired. I've also been anxious to lift weights. Again, I don't think this is normal. But I think if you have certain driving forces in your personal and athletic parts of your life, you'll see a mild increase. I believe that it may take more time to build up the testosterone. I'll post an update"

"Oustanding product with 20% saponins a level found in products costing far more than these. You have to give the product time to build your testosterone levels; it won't occur in a day or two. So if you don't get immediate results give it two weeks or more. Highly recommend this product. Digestive problems might be helped if not taken on an empty stomach."

"Ordered this based on the reviews. I was not feeling right in the gym or the bedroom. Had my testosterone levels checked and they were borderline normal (which means low from my research) according to the insurance guidelines so no treatment would be authorized.

Just finishing my first bottle and I can't believe the difference in the gym and the bedrooom. I usually don't write reviews but knowing what it feels like to have these issues myself I wanted to let others know that this may help; and for the price you can't beat it.

"I primarily use Tribulus as a workout and strength enhancer, since it is known to boost testosterone levels. I paid almost $20.00 the last time I bought this stuff elsewhere.

Lets just say, the Libido side effects are great. I have, we'll just say, enhanced endowment even at times that I don't need it. For what I need it for, and the extra pleasant side effects, you couldn't find a better value anywhere."

"With proper workouts, rest and good diet, this thing works with just 2 capsules a day. Taking 3 (as suggested on the label) gives me a headache.

The only down side is that it doesn't work more often than it does so it isn't a dependent product for s**ual enhancement or energy booster. It's a great value for what you're getting but it only works 40% of the days (that is, with proper exercise and good diet). For this to work most effectively, eat a high protein meal at lunch with 2 capsules."
