"I live on Maui and do a lot of hiking year round. I hate to bother with a back pack, all I need is some water and chlorella tablets in my pocket and off I go for a 3 to 4 hour hike in Ioa Valley or the King's highway out to Kanio Beach. Chlorella is sustainable, your body feels it's been feed. I recently tried the tumeric combination and loved the taste. I also buy the kilo from Jarrow at Swanson, its the best price I have found and Japanese chlorella I think is the best quality."
