Good for hot flashes As I have pretty severe hot flashes, this does help take the edge off of them. It doesn't take them away, but it's better than when not taking it. May 7, 2012

Just began to use this I have just began to use this and am still waiting for the results to see if can improve what the resaerch says it might be able to do. So far I have not seen any difference, but it may still be too early to tell. I have only been using this product for a few weeks. So the "jury" is still out July 9, 2010

Great value I love that this product is so much less expensive than other brands, and especially store prices. I'm not sure if the quality is as effective as the name brand, but at this price it's worth a try! I notice my skin seems in better shape, and I have been a lot healthier.
