"This product is just one of the many supplements I take over the many years I've been on it. I take 4 capsules threw out the day and I believe that it is doing a great job of keeping me athletically fit. I'm in my late 40's and I never miss a day without this grapeseed extract. It's the only brand I use of it's kind. In this day and age, you can never get enough anti-oxidants."
