"Cayenne and garlic are two herbs/foods that have a lot of beneficial effects on the human body. Here is a product with healthy doses of both. I take these twice a day. At first I was afraid that the high amount of cayenne would scorch my GI system; but I have had no problems. My wife says she can smell a little garlic on me; but she does not find it offensive. I know I cannot make any specific claims about garlic and cayenne; but, trust me, taking/eating them will do you a world of good"

Title:Warming....From head to....well, you know....

"Taken as directed for the for first few days, it's definitely warming. I can actually feel it in my skin, that little warming sensation is kinda neat. But on the other end...... Ever a bunch of mega-ultra-burn-the-taste-buds-off-your-tongue salsa? Remember the result a few hours later? Same thing for the first couple days, then it goes away. I noticed that I can eat hotter foods now and it doesn't bother me. Doesn't leave any aftertaste or anything else that's bothersome, other than the initial "shock?" I guess."

Title:improved circulation, no garlic aftertaste

"Being a "post menopausal" woman, I'm very aware of maintaining the best blood pressure, chlorestorol levels, and overall cardiovascular heatlh.

I've known about the benefits of garlic and cayenne for cardiovascular function (along with diet, regular medical checkups, and regular exercise of course). I've been taking garlic and cayenne supplements separately for about a year.

However, the products I've been taking seemed to upset my stomach, as well as give me a chronic case of "garlic breath".

Swanson's Garlic with Cayenne supplement has solved all these problems. Both products are contained in one supplement, which does not upset my stomach. Best of all, no "garlic breath"!"
