Just a little more...
I wish this product was slightly more than 1000mg/softgels. The quantity (180) is just right, but taking 3 a day gets old fast...
This product would be amazing if it were 1200-1500mg and 180 softgels

Just Not Effective For Us.
My husband and I took CLA for nine months before deciding it really wasn't helping and we weren't seeing results from taking this supplement. We were not expecting miracles, we hit the gym 3-4 times a week and do treadmill/elliptical and weight training. We have not taken it in three months and do not see any negatives from going off of it. We continue to get in better shape and I have lost an additional inch off my waist since I quit taking it, which I attribute to eating better and exercise.
I still would say to give this a shot, it may work for you.

Tonalin CLA
Good product for muscle tone and overall weight reduction. One needs to challenge muscle groups and exercise for optimum effect. This supplement works well on a daily basis, 2 tabs twice a day everyday. Its a good deal as long as the price doesn't rise.

Safflower oil... Tonalin
I have taken one bottle of this so far and not noticed any difference in the way I feel or look. I have another bottle started but if it doesn't help then I won't order any more of them.

CLA is awesoe
This stuff is amazing. I've always been pretty athletic and trim. I carried around this annoying extra pound or two on my abdomen that no matter what I did would not go away. I was probably around 6-7 % bod fat at the time.
Now with slightly adjusting my diet and using CLA, I have cut pretty much all that visceral fat. I can see all 8 of my abs without flexing, when normally I could only see them by kinda giving my ab fat a nice pull down. I'm probably around 4%-5% which is healthy for me at 28 and being active.
So, I can't guarantee this works, but if you take out gluten and dairy and add this, I think you'll find it does everything it claims.

I'm very satisfied w/this product Tonalin been using it for two weeks have seen results w/ changed eating appettie combine w/ raw apple cider w/mother (also great product) to kill hunger and I haven't even started exercising, diffinately recommend this to friends...excellent product swanson

Great product for the price
Conjugated Linoelic Acids around here in Canada cost a fortune compared to the price I pay on Swanson. The product is very good for the price, only gripe is that to get a proper dose, you need to take up to 4 capsules per day and they're relatively big capsules on top of that. Otherwise, great product from Swanson, would buy again!

Very Effective
This is as good as the best I've tried. Not all CLA's are equal. Some do nothing for me while others do little. I can feel the fat burn with the best ones like Swanson brand.

Excellent Value!
I was buying CLA at a different source and stopped due to the price. With the price of this product, I am now back on my CLA.

No noticeable effect whatsoever.
I've used supplements before that yielded minor results in helping to burn up fat. But this did nothing for me. I picked up about an inch of fat around my waist during winter.
I'm about 6'2" and 180 lbs. mostly solid muscle. Was trying to burn off the small fat layer around my waist to make my six-pack [now just a hint of one] come out again.

Tonalin CLA
The Tonalin CLA is working very well. It takes away my appetite in about 20-30 minutes after taking it. I'm impressed and so is my brother Frank. It is having the same effects on him I really love to eat my vegetarian and raw food dishes but I do get carried away and this tonalin CLA has slowed me and my brother down from eating as much. Good price and large amount. Cuddos to the makers.
