"We took this for a while and couldn't tell any difference at all, so I did the probiotic test with milk, and the results showed that there was no live activity at all in the 2 probiotics. As for the NutraFlora, I just don't know if it's doing anything or not. Low price, but that's not of any use if the products don't work. I will be returning this one."
