Clean and consistent
Disolves fairly well in hot water. I put it in my tea. Seems to help me squeeze a few few extra reps out of my workouts.

Swanson Premium Creatine is a top value. Those of us who use Creatine Monohydrate daily, know how it aids recovery. It's especially helpful to me as I age. My daily maintenance amount is only 2.5 grams (recommended daily amounts vary with your weight) Used after lifting together with Swanson Premium Whey, whole milk, some fruit and ice in a blender for a recovery drink and you could look and feel years younger.

Amazing Creatine
There is a huge difference between creatines. If you never owned a creatine that was Creapure, your creatine is no good. Creapure is the best creatine on the market.
I had another brand of creatine, that I purchased at a retail store and I got 1 lb for $20 (non creapure) It was a big waste.
This creatine, I barely taste it, mixes so easily, and the results are so much more visible.
This is the creatine to get.

It works likes it supposed to...
Been on it about three weeks now, and can tell a definite difference in muscle bulk. I've also noted that weight-training sessions are improved in terms of performance and recovery. So, that's what creatine's supposed to do, and this product delivers.
Some notes - you will gain some weight with this product, so be prepared for that if weight gain is not your goal. Also, everything I've read about creatine stated that in the loading phase (1st week), there may be some gastrointestinal distress. That's putting it mildly. However, it calmed down after a couple of days and hasn't been an issue since.

WOW! Good Stuff!
This product does what it says it's going to do and beyond, you will have a lot more strength and endurance and your workouts will last a lot longer.
The Creatine powder has no taste at all and will go down very easily.

Very noticeable increase in energy
I got this last week and have just finished the 5-day 'loading' phase--I'm AMAZED and PLEASED by the extra stamina and strength I have--I feel 15 years younger!! I've told all my friends and they're on board now, too!

It's helping!
When I combine this with ribose I find that I don't reach tha point I have to push through when I'm working out. I am able to sustain my energy throughout the workout. Powders are not my favorite way of taking products which is why I gave it a lower convenience score, but I think taking this as a powder is the best way.

Priced right!
I work out regularly so taking creatine is important to me. This container is 2 lbs 2 oz and priced under $20.00 bucks.
I sometimes add it to my blendly drinks.
Most of the time I just add it water stir for a moment and drink it all down.
Its darn near tasteless.
I'll keep purchasing this product from Swansons.

Great for gaining mass
I take 5 grams 30 mins before every workout. I've had a tough time gaining mass since high school, and after using this natural creatine, I've gained quite a bit. I prefer this stuff to the other "power"! creatine that are heavily advertised with artificial flavors. It does not mix well in water, but add a little hot water and a 1/4 scoop of Gatorade for higher dextrose content and it taste great!

Recommend
This creatine is as good as any other. I use 5 grams a day for memory enhancement and I find this mixes well for creatine.

Excellent
One of the reviewers remarked that it doesn't mix well and subsequently gave it not a sub par review. Um....sir, no creatine mixes well. Doesn't matter what brand or what type.(ethyl-ester, monohydrate, creatine malate, kre-alkaline, etc.) That being said, this is a very good price for a very clean creatine. Everyone and anyone can benefit from creatine use.

Good value, mixes well with other foods.
This is the first Creatine product I've used and have been very pleased with the results I've seen and felt at the gym. I believe it increases my stamina while working out; I'm 60 years old!
I mix the powder into other foods, such as non-fat cottage cheese, or in liquids with Metamucil. Never had any problems.
The creatine is tasteless when mixed in with other foods.

Does not mix well
While no plain creatine taste good, this creatine does not mix well. In fact it dont mix at all. I dont care how I try to mix this, it always ends up at the bottom of the cup and I have to try to spoon it out. If you dont mind do that then this is the creatine for you.

Great product, Great price
I've been taking this creatine pre and post workout for many years with good results. I like the fact that's not mixed with other supplements I don't need, like some other products. The manufacture of this product is of the highest quality which is very important with creatine.
