"I tried this magnesium listening to some of the other reviews for this product and everything they said was true.

It helps me to sleep very soundly, it does keep you very regular and you will have extra energy.

It also helps with your libido as well, it took a few days to start working, but once it started working it worked very well.

This magnesium keeps you very well oiled like a car engine and helps every other function run smoothly.
