"This is probably an excellent quality antioxidant judging from many of the reviews on here. I used it in conjunction with L-arginine, HGW and ginkgo biloba as a pre-workout NO booster stack. When I ran out of pycnogenol I stopped taking it and didn't notice a difference in my energy during workouts, so I stopped buying it as it is rather costly. One convenient factor is the small size of the capsules."
