Great product
I take 3 a night and they put me right out. I've since gone up to the 10 mg doses. I also take extra gaba with it as well.

Good Product
I used to take 3mg tablets from another brand that was more expensive. I switched to this Melatonin and found it works just as well.

Great product & great price!
Not all Melatonin supplements are created equal! My husband had tried another brand & it didn't work for him. He was leery of trying it again, but I convinced him to try a different brand. He only uses it on nights that he has trouble falling asleep & within less than 30 minutes, he's asleep.

Helps me relax and sleep better
I have been taking one or two of these capsules every night for about two years now. I take them one hour before bed and I believe they help me sleep.

BIG Fan of Melatonin
I've taken melatonin for years for sleep. I'd recommend that you start with 1mg if you've never tried it before. I do 6-9mg.
I've shopped around and there is no better price on this product anywhere!!

Perfect :)
I never tried any other melatonin, but i took 1/3 of whole capsule (~1mg) and it worked! Usually i'm sleeping at 7am until 3pm, but, with it i got sleep 2:30am and woke up 10:30am feeling very good.
First i had doubt that maybe this melatonin is low in purity-but it surly worked so i recommend it cause of unbeatable price.

This, too, I have only been on for 3-1/2 wks, so I will continue taking the entire bottle; but, it doesn't seem to be as effective as a different brand I have used in the past.

Unbeatable price and quality
I've taken Swanson's brand of melatonin for several years now. I make sure to take them within an hour of actually getting in to bed. The next morning I generally awaken feeling refreshed and I even recall my dreams. The prices of melatonin in the drug store are astronomical compared to Swanson's and I trust that they use the highest quality. I wouldn't consider using any other brand, this is truly a fantastic product for me. A good night sleep means a great day will start the following morning!

it's ok
I purchased it for a elder friend. I used to visit him with supplements as presents. This time I ordered it from Swanson. The bottle is too small for a present, even go together with other stuff. However, it's convenient to carry around.

Works OK
I found that this product works, just not as well as other brands. Instead of taking one of my usual brand and sleeping through the night, I take 3 of these and wake up within about 4 hours. However, I do like the company and the value. Next time I order, I'll just order a stronger dose.

Good results and good price
As I age, I find it more difficult to fall asleep.
Melatonin helps me immensely, and I like
Swanson's capsules because they dissolve
quickly. I take 3 mg about 20 minutes before
retiring and generally fall asleep within 10 minutes.
Swanson's prices are very good, too.
I now buy all my health products from them.
