Good product
I take this in the evening which helps me to calm/slow down for bed. It says take 2 softgels 2 times a day. That was too! much for me. If you've taken too much magnesium before you understand what I'm talking about. I usually take 1 in the evening. I also take along with it valerian root as well. I've noticed that I feel rested more often, so that's good. As always, I love love swansons! Keep it up swansons!

Love this except for one important thing
I bought this and love it even though the capsules are a little large. Goes down well as a softgel and a great blend of calcium and magnesium: liked the amounts. On deeper research, one thing it doesn't have is Vitamin K, preferably K2. If you take this and don't take a K2 supplement that calcium can still be misapplied by your body, not a good thing. I would buy this in a New York minute if K2 was already in this softgel.

Great product!
Hey all you calcium lovers, this is great because it is liquid in a gel tablet. This means it goes into your system faster and more of it! Also it is easier on my stomach. I have been using this for several years now and am very happy with it.

Easily Absorbed
I've tried other kinds of calcium and magnesium products but had trouble absorbing them properly. I discovered that the liquid form in a gelcap was my best option. This is the most ecconomical brand I've found with the formula I need. I would definately recommend this product to anyone with absorption issues!

nothing better
the liquid caps are easy to swallow and easy on the stomach. I so tired of trying to force down chalky hard tablets, would rather go without than fight another pill of chalk. Other than knowing the benefits due to my age, the most incredible thing has happened. My nails grow like crazy and I've been a nail biter for years.

This is a great product for me as some calcium products upset my stomach, but this formula does not.
