amazing results After 6 mos of use, my hair became noticeably thicker and shinier. Universally Needed Supplement Swanson horsetail helps me tremendously with mineral metabolism. I notice a big difference in the absorption of calcium, magnesium, and other minerals. I feel stronger; my bones feel stronger. We still have freedom of speech in this country. Correct? April 26, 2011
Swanson Horsetail Silica will probably never be called one of the top supplements to take. However, whenever I STOP taking it, I can notice the difference. It's always been one of those supplements that I take, don't take, take, don't take, for whatever reason. Now that I'm back to taking it, I love it again. Magnesium Stearate-Free Version, please! Good product and it seems to help my hair a little bit. The label says it may contain magnesium stearate, though, which is why I have a hard time recommending this. March 2, 2011
