Moisture w/out grease
I find this oil goes in easily, leaves no greasy feeling on the surface, has a pleasant odor that does not linger.

Great product
This is a great product. I use this product to remove makeup, moisturize my skin, and put on my hair 30 minutes before washing it for shine and volume. The price is right, too.

NOW Foods Sweet Almond Oil
I bought this with hope that it smelled like almond, however it has no odor, so that was disappointing.
It's very moisturizing, but only temporarily, as it dries in just a few minutes. If you are using it as a moisturizer that has "staying power" then I would not recommend it.
Coconut oil works and lasts much longer...or Emu oil, which is my favorite all-time moisturizer (but I do not purchase it via Swanson)
This Almond Oil is perfect as a massage oil though...you won't remain "greasy" feeling :-)

I've thrown away all my lotion
I really have thrown away all of my lotion. I only use this now, twice a day and my skin has never been happier. Yes it's a little messier to apply than lotion, but it's a dry oil (it absorbs completely and quickly - no residue or stickiness). I don't like how heavy lotion feels, or how it sits on my skin. This was the perfect answer! I use it on my body and sometime my face or hair. My skin is now baby soft. It also doubles as a massage oil, which is great. The bottle is UV protected, which is nice. You can't beat the value. No more wasting money on lotion!

Average
I ordered this product to moisturize my face with. It doesnt irritate my sensitive skin. But my skin feels dry half an hour later. Not so sure I'd purchase again.

Absorbs into my skin really well. Not oily. I can see why almond oil is a masseuse's favorite oil. I usually use an organic moisturizing lotion, but the way lotion is made seems to always require some strange sounding ingredient, whereas this is pure natural oil, doesn't say organic, but it's ok. Great price.

Best quality and brand name.
I purchase now foods sweet almond oil and it is the very best quality oil I have ever bought.I did purchase many others before,but none can compare to the feel and softness of now foods brand.I love the detailed uses explained on the label and the quality design of the bottles.I also like the low price at Swanson Vitamins.I would advise anyone looking for the best quality oil to purchase Now Foods brand.

My favorite skin oil
I have used Almond Oil for many years, but have had difficulty finding it in the stores. I was so happy to find it at Swanson. I'd rather use oil than lotions. I think it is more effective. This oil leaves the skin hydrated, it is not greasy and I love to use it on my belly whenever I get pregnant.

good product but no odor
this product works fine for its intended use, but when I see almond oil I expect it to smell like almonds . This product has no odor at all.

good hair oil
after shampooing and conditioning my hair, i work this though my hair and then rinse well, dry and style my hair as usual without additional pomades or oil. I get soft, silky , shiny hair with no fly aways which is a wonder since my hair is badly damaged. Great product!

simply unbelievable
Always heard Jackie Kennedy O used this. Tried it, and it is phenomenal! Not greasy, an oil, but light and fresh. Even deep worry lines seem to be fading. Gives your skin a glow. Simply unbelievable that this works so well.

Great product
Sweet almond oil is found in a lot of the skin care products, so I decided to get a bottle and use it as body oil. Great product...I use it on my face and body. Easily absorbed and my skin feels soft, not greasy. No break outs. Love it.

My first nut oil
This year, this lady is transitioning to "organic" for internal and external health. If I can't eat it, I won't put it on my skin. I am as new to Swanson as I am to this new way of caring for myself. This oil is great to bake with and I also mix it with butter into a little jelly jar to reduce the butter factor, but still keep some of the solidness. I really like the taste. But when used on my face, this oil did not help the wrinkles. I had been using it for seven weeks. They have continued to get deeper and more pronounced. I am a "side sleeper" so they are even prematurely pronounced on my 44-ish year old face. (I am trying to break myself of this, but it is hard.) So I have continued to search and found coconut oil to help someone at another site. Since I have some, but not organic, I tried it now for two days and can see a marked improvement already. I will continue to use it for a week or more and if it continues to reduce them, since it is not organic, I will be getting some from Swanson in short order. But I am going through a lot of butter/almond oil blend, for sure!
I wish the top was designed a little better. At the first use, I instantly started dripping oil down the side, no matter how careful I am or what I try, and it just gets worse. The bottle looks sloppy beside my stove.

excellent oil
i love this oil! i use all different kinds of oil in my hair, from coconut, emu, olive and now this and i really like this oil. it leaves my hair so soft and moisturized, and it is also good for dry skin. i use it every week.

great miosturizer
I love this oil. I had severely dry skin. Almond oil has all but eliminated the dryness. It absorbs fast and keeps my skin supple all day. I try to avoid all artificial additives and use natural products on my skin. This product does it all hair conditioner, face and skin moisturizer and safe enough to eat. Chemicals in products can be absorbed through the skin polluting the body. With Almond oil I do not have to be concerned about what my skin is absorbing.

Wonderful Cosmetic and body oil
This oil is wonderful for facial, eye area and body! After a shower, I massage over my entire body or add to bath water. It absorbs quickly, softening skin and improving elasticity.
I also use it as a moisturizer each morning after cleansing my face. It is said that Almond Oil is Jackie Kennedy's favorite oils. I love it! Wouldn't do without it. Swanson's price is best of all!!
