It works well I bought this to take the place of another supplement that costs a great deal more. It mixes well but does have a slightly gritty taste if I use too much. The taste is very pleasent. I will continue to buy this. September 8, 2011

Good basic protein I used two servings of this in a vegetable drink every morning. It is slightly chalky, perhaps because I use two scoops, but tastes ok and does the trick, which is to add protein to my breakfast. There is virtually no flavoring in this powder, the plain doesn't taste much different than the vanilla to me. I add stevia for sweetness. I like that it comes in a large container at a reasonable price. August 28, 2011

Best Protein Ever I have tried numerous proteins (including the goatein powder from garden of life) and this one by far exceeds them all. For a person who has allergies it's far superior to others. Vega makes a good product but its a whole food optimizer (meal replacement) and very pricey. This product is a good bang for your buck. Mix almond milk, Maca, Coconut oil, and frozen berries. Rice protein powder I am diabetic - so watching carbs and calories is very important to me. Also, being allergic to soy makes it harder to find good products that don't have a lot of calories.
