Summary of Customer Ratings & Reviews

Customer Ratings & Reviews

Rated 3 out of 5 by 2 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Purchase satisfied with results. Will buy again. November 5, 2011
Rated 1 out of 5 by Not absorbed I purchased this product because I am looking for a convenient way to incorporate more fiber into my diet, without dramatically increasing my total caloric intake. Unfortunately, these capsules were not absorbed effectively by my body, rendering them ineffective. The reason I know this is because I recently had a bout of nausea, and I noticed that even 4 hours after taking these pills, they were - well, you understand - not absorbed. Perhaps psyllium is more effectively absorbed in powder format? June 10, 2010
