Difficult to swallow Whereas I use several 21st Century products, and this one was exactly what I was looking for, I was not prepared for the "horse pill" size. I even tried cutting it in half and the sheer bulk of the pill caused swallowing problems. I'm sure it may be fine for someone who can swallow large pills, but because I couldnt test these properly, I overall rated them at a 3. I will continue to shop for something more suitable.
