Not niacin The material in these containers is not niacin. It's is probably also not niacinamide. It is most likely just chalk. It is labeled niacin. October 20, 2012
I like it! This has helped me greatly. For me taking this 250 mg Niacin twice a day is a lot easier to take than it is to take 500 mg once a day. I like taking it after lunch and dinner. In my way of thinking, that is when it does me the most good. It's a good product which I am confident to recommend to anyone. January 8, 2011
