Good Stuff I make my own yogurt about every four days. I want it to be lactose free so I run the machine for 24 hours. The yogurt always comes out perfect - tart and firm. Delicious! November 9, 2013
Best yogurt ever We've been making a half gallon of yogurt each week for many years with this starter. It makes the creamiest, smoothest yogurt without adding anything else but milk. Heat the milk to 180 degrees. Let cool to 115 degrees. Stir in starter, pour into jars, and put them in a styrofoam or other cooler for 5-8 hours. Perfect yogurt every time. The longer you let it culture the sharper it becomes. Delicious! February 14, 2013
