Brown Rice Flour

Brown Rice Flour is a whole grain product that is made by grounding rice kernels which have been husked to remove the outer layers of bran. Because brown rice flour consists mostly of fiber and protein, it is often substituted for white flour in baking recipes that call for all-purpose or pastry flours. It can even be combined one-to-one with other flours within breads, cakes, pancakes, cookies, pie crusts and more.
