Rated 1 out of 5 by AinPGH Mostly Erythritol
I bought this thinking it was a great deal on stevia but when I tried it I realized it was much weaker than other stevia I had had. I looked on at the ingredients to see that stevia is the last ingredient and it is mostly erythritol- a sugar alcohol that is not natural like stevia.
Swanson customer service was really helpful in remedying this for me. But, the product itself is very disappointing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Spy8 Best Stevia Product Found so Far!
Have tried 3 other...mostly cheaper versions of Stevia...by FAR this one exceeded all expectations in comparison and in the long run will probably be the best bargain as very little goes a long way. Thanks!

Rated 5 out of 5 by scsandy Weaned from sugary tea!
I have weaned my husband from sugary sweet tea with this product. Only 1.5 teaspoons sweetens a 2 qt. pitcher just the way he likes it. Very economical. It lasts a long time.
Would highly recommend but be aware that it is very concentrated...not like the Swanson individual packets.

3 Qt.of tea takes 1 1/2 TBL. Stevia and 1/2 lemon.
Best tasting Stevia with NO aftertaste.

I use this in countless ways - I like that the measurement is less critical than with straight stevia. I enjoy combining a tablespoon of high quality unsweetened cocoa with a teaspoon of Stevita and a heaping teaspoon of coconut oil. With just a tiny bit of boiling water or by using a microwave, I come up with a delicious chocolate paste that doubles as a quick dessert.

Rated 4 out of 5 by djm001 Good product but quality varies
The product is good as a replacement for sugar or artificial sweeteners & it's nice to be able to buy the 16 oz size. However, their does not appear to be sufficient quality control. I have received several shipments where the product had a strong chemical or plastic odor and taste. Other deliveries were fine. I even had to return one batch because it tasted like ground up hot plastic. Most time. It's also on the pricey side.

Rated 5 out of 5 by goog Stevia superb
This is good stuff, and truly .25 teaspoon is just right. This size, and brand, is the most economical. If traveling, I put 1/4 teaspoon in a baggie, use a twist tie to securely close, and go about me bidness. Very glad I found this product, and OFF the nasty other sweetners.

I have purchased many containers and packet of Stevia and all were bitter. This one taste great and it only takes about 1/4 tsp. to sweeten tea or coffee. Great on cereal too.

This sweetener leaves a horrible taste in your mouth. Not at all comparable to Stevia.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Vitbug was fearful at first
I looked at the price, as it is higher than the Splenda I'm using. I tried to use the same amount of Stevita as I did Splenda. Woa. it's too strong for that, I only use less than a third of it to Splenda. Great product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Teresa1940 I love this product and trust this site.
My family uses this spoonable stevia everyday. It took a few weeks for them to convert from sugar cane, but they love it now. I have five in my family and we all use it every where we go. Swanson makes me feel safe while purchaseing over the internet as well. I order regularly from this web site.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Debbiei New product for me
I have been using the Swanson brand of this which we were very happy with but this was a larger amount and a little bit cheaper so we wouldn't have to change out so often. The texture of this compared to Swanson is finer and is quite a bit sweeter for the same amount so you need to use a little bit less.

Terrific, all natural sweeetner with NO after-taste!
Also like the convenience of 16 ozs of loose powder which is easier to measure into foods and drinks. Does not "clump" in cold liquids.
TRY IT....YOU'LL LIKE IT !!!!!

Although it is good for you, I disagree with some of the comments here. I believe it leaves a bad aftertaste. I combine it with Xylitol, which has absolutely no aftertaste, and that makes it a little better. I would use straight Xylitol, but it can give digestive issues if I use too much. So, blending the two seems to work better, but it does even still have a bitter taste.
